Continuing our look down memory lane today we have a nice little show called World 2003 from Toryumon. A great card with particular note matches 5, 6 and 7. Magu vs CIMA is a great representation of what happens when the two aces of the company go at it for the top belt. Surprisingly this didn’t happen nearly as often as you’d think. So sit back, put your feet up and enjoy some good quality classic Toryumon PPV.

2. Takamichi Iwasa, Anthony W. Mori vs. Raimu Mishima, Second Doi

Ive heard this and the September show with the Dragon Kid vs Darkness Dragon mask vs mask match are the two best shows the company has ever produced. Do you have that show? Id love to see it, Ive only seen highlights from the mask vs mask match.

  • Seth

Yes that Toryumon vs T2P show is my favourite the company has ever produced. I’d say also maybe the 3rd anniversary show is the other one most people say are the best.

I do have that show and will be posting it some time in the future. But it will come as part of a special series I’ve been planning.

  • Connor

    Thats awesome thanks a lot.

I love this site by the way, Im here everyday.

I think you have actually created something superior to Jae’s site with the ability to actually see the content of the company. Especially for me Ive seen very little of the early Toryumon days, which sucks cause I would love to see K-ness in his prime as Darkness Dragon.

    Keep up the awesome work.

  • Seth

Thanks a lot. But I don’t think my site will ever compare to Jae’s. His site was such a wealth of information and did so much for DG and Toryumon that mine will never compare to.

But imho K-ness was in his prime actually as K-ness, specifically during his feud with Yoshino. I’ll be posting this run of matches later also.

  • Hey Seth are you planning up streaming any more Toryumon now that the T2P stuff is all up?

  • Seth

Yep I’ll still be working towards getting my catalogue up here. There’s a ton of Toryumon still so I for sure won’t be stopping there.
