Currently back in action

As you can see we’re currently back online. I’m not sure how long this will last and I might have to take the site down again sometime in the future, but for now things should be relatively back to how they were. I had to revert to a backup so there could be some things missing (most notably thumbnails for posts) but overall it shouldn’t be too bad. I probably could have gotten the site up sooner but I wanted to make absolutely sure there was no malware left in the system and it was particularly difficult to track down this time. I’m also not sure exactly where the vulnerability was but I’ve moved hosts so hopefully that helps. I have some suspicions but I won’t bore you with the details.

I’ll have the latest Infinities up shortly and we should be good to go for this week’s Toryumon Tuesday when that rolls around. If you come across any abnormalities I’d appreciate it if you brought them to my attention. Thanks for you patience guys.

Site status

As a few of you have reported, and I’m sure many have noticed, the site became infected late last week with some kind of malware. I’ve spent the weekend trying to get rid of it but my hosts are really terrible and I’m having all sorts of issues with the FTP. I’ll spare you the details, but rest assured I’m working on the problem.

For now I have changed the theme to the default wordpress one as I work to remove all malware from my current one. It’s a painful task and I don’t have a lot of time to work on it right now, but I didn’t want the site to be down until it’s fixed. Of course, this site doesn’t my custom video additions so unfortunately you’ll have to bear with it for a few more days.

I’ll keep you all posted.

*UPDATE* Unfortunately I probably will have to take the site down for a while. The malware is running pretty deep and so I’m going to have to try wiping it all clean and building back up from there. *sigh* sit tight folks. You may have to wait on this week’s Infinity and Toryumon Tuesday for a week. Sorry about this.

Another week passes by without any new Infinities, but that doesn’t mean we can’ t look to the past for some good old fashioned rasstlin’. Well it’s not that old fashioned, but it was almost 13 years ago. That’s right, it’s Toryumon time again.

This week we get Crazy MAX vs Toryumon Army in a six-man along with TAKA Michinoku taking on the ill-fated Chocoball KOBE. This is a rare appearance from this man, so you may want to take notice while you can. Or don’t. It won’t be the end of the world.

The main event sees an 8 man tag with legend the Great Sasuke teaming with Magu, Araken and Tiger Mask IV to battle Crazy MAX and Sasuke the Great.

We come into this week’s Toryumon Tuesday with plenty of titles on the line and the beginning of probably early Toryumon’s best rivalry with Dragon Kid taking on SUWA. We also end the evening with the finals of the NWA Middleweight title tournament pitting legend The Great Sasuke vs up and coming Magnum TOKYO. Sorry folks, through all the merriment this one came a little late but I hope you’ll find time to watch it. This will probably be the last show posted of the year so I hope everyone has enjoyed 2011 and we will resume regularly scheduled programming (ie always late) in January!
